Corrosion Resistance: The Si-N covalent bond structure provides resistance to acid, alkali, and seawater corrosion, suitable for chemical, medical, and other fields. Self-lubricating: Can operate without lubricants, suitable for highly polluted environments or where lubricants cannot be added.

Fatigue Resistance: High elastic modulus (44% higher than steel) and low thermal expansion coefficient extend bearing life and reduce deformation.

Applications: Widely used in high-speed machine tool spindles, aerospace engines, new energy vehicles, and other fields with strict material performance requirements. Conventional 0.4-63.5mm sizes are suitable for bearings, valves, pumps, and other precision mechanical parts, featuring high strength, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance. Sizes 1.588-50mm meet complex process requirements, such as high-precision bearings or special equipment. Sizes 3.0.2-20mm are used for grinding processes, such as electronic component surface treatment.

Physical Properties:

High Hardness and Wear Resistance: Hardness can reach above HV1480, with excellent wear resistance, commonly used in precision parts like bearings.

Low Density: Density is 3.20g/cm³, 59% lower than steel, reducing centrifugal force during high-speed operation.

High Temperature Stability: Performance remains stable at 800°C, with heat resistance up to above 1200°C.

Magnetism: Electrically and magnetically insulating: combines insulation properties, suitable for scenarios requiring electrical isolation.
