Features: Zirconia balls have characteristics of high hardness, high wear resistance, and high chemical stability

Stability: Resistant to high temperature (2200℃), insoluble in water, hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid, structurally stable in high-temperature oxidizing/reducing atmospheres.

Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to acidic environments with pH ≤ 3, withstands temperatures not exceeding 600℃ under high-temperature conditions

Applications: Widely used in industrial grinding, precision machining, and special material processing ceramic materials, covering multiple industries.

Physical Properties:

Corrosion Resistance: Zirconia balls have good corrosion resistance, able to resist erosion from various acid and alkali solutions, but may degrade under strong alkaline conditions

Wear Resistance: Significantly wear-resistant, wear rate reduced by 40% compared to steel balls under high-speed grinding conditions; crushing strength over 150 kgf, can withstand mechanical impact from high-speed operation of grinding machines

Magnetism: Not magnetic by itself, but can be given magnetic properties by doping with metal ions (such as iron, cobalt, nickel, etc.)
