Low carbon steel

Low carbon steel balls are widely used in various industries due to their good toughness and ease of processing. From furniture manufacturing to handicraft production, and ironwork creations, low carbon steel balls play an important role. At the same time, because of their cost-effectiveness and good mechanical properties, low carbon steel balls are also used in the production of toys, oil nozzles, and sliding arms.

High carbon steel

High carbon steel balls are mainly used in low-speed, low-load applications, such as gears, guide rails, grinding equipment, as well as railway bogies and bicycle bearings.

304 Stainless Steel Ball

Special bearings, pumps, gardening and household sprayers, perfume micro pumps, sprayers, medical application valves, etc. They are used in aerospace, military, and food industries.

316/316L Stainless Steel Ball

316 stainless steel balls are suitable for scenarios without welding requirements and moderate corrosion (such as freshwater environments and non-welded food machinery at normal temperature), offering better cost performance; 316L stainless steel balls are suitable for scenarios requiring welding and severe corrosion (such as seawater, pharmaceutical, and chlorine-containing chemical environments), with more stable resistance to intergranular corrosion, meeting high cleanliness and post-welding no-treatment requirements.

420/420C Stainless Steel Ball

Widely used in motorcycle parts, pulleys, stainless steel bearings, plastic bearings, handicrafts, valves, petroleum, and other industries. For example, in the petroleum field, it can be used for wear-resistant parts of related equipment; in bearing manufacturing, it is chosen for its wear resistance and hardness.

440C Stainless Steel Ball

440C steel balls are mainly used in scenarios with medium to low corrosion, medium temperature, and high requirements for hardness, wear resistance, operational precision, and lifespan, such as precision bearings (for motors, machine tools, automobiles), small fine grinding equipment, precision valve cores, and medical device transmission components.

chrome steel ball

Bearing steel balls are widely used in general industrial fields such as household appliances, automobiles, electric motors, and machine tools, as well as in high-end equipment fields like aero engines and precision instruments, and in special operating conditions such as mining machinery and medical devices. They are the core rolling components that enable various bearings to achieve low friction and high reliability in rotation.

Aluminum ball

Grinding, precision parts, pipeline counterweights, automotive components, architectural decoration, furniture accessories, handicrafts, roof drainage, garden landscaping, aerospace gas adsorption, water purification filtration, chemical reaction fields.

Brass ball

Valves and pipe fittings, pump assemblies and locks, decorative crafts, as well as some special and professional fields.

Copper Sphere

Electrical and electronic fields, non-magnetic and precision instruments, medical research equipment, decoration and crafts. When choosing, if your application scenario primarily considers conductivity, thermal conductivity, or magnetic shielding, then copper balls are an irreplaceable choice.

Silicon nitride ball

Widely used in fields with stringent material performance requirements such as high-speed machine tool spindles, aerospace engines, and new energy vehicles. The conventional 0.4-63.5mm is suitable for precision mechanical components like bearings, valves, and pumps, featuring high strength, wear resistance, and high-temperature resistance. The 1.588-50mm meets complex process requirements, such as high-precision bearings and special equipment. The 3.0.2-20mm is used for grinding processes, such as surface treatment of electronic components.

Zirconia balls

Zirconia balls have characteristics such as high hardness, high wear resistance, and high chemical stability.

Glass ball

The core material of the glass ball is glass, mainly composed of silicon dioxide (SiO2) as the base raw material, with added sodium carbonate (to lower the melting point) and calcium carbonate (to enhance stability). Some may include small amounts of colorants (such as metal oxides of iron, cobalt, chromium, etc., presenting red, blue, green, and other colors). It has good light transmittance, brittle texture (easily broken upon impact), medium hardness, low cost, and no special functionality.

Hollow steel ball

Commonly used for outdoor facilities such as courtyard fences and stair railings, enhancing line smoothness and modernity through seamless design and polishing. The mirror finish is resistant to rust in humid environments, making it highly suitable for southern climates. Suitable for mall installations, art ornaments, and garden landscapes, it enhances spatial visual focus through reflective effects and can present a minimalist sculptural feel when combined. The high-transparency acrylic material alternative is more suitable for home use, being lightweight and smooth to the touch, ideal for making decorative hangings or creative handicrafts.
